Intellectual disability affects 1 in 100 people in Catalonia. A major challenge in the field of disability is for people to be able to control their lives autonomously and independently. To achieve this, the health and quality of life of the person is essential. Healthy living habits are behaviors that have a positive impact on physical, mental and social well-being, so it is necessary to incorporate these behaviors from childhood and adapt them to the needs of each child.
