Adaptación y validación factorial de la Subjetive Exercise Experiences Scale (SEES)

This paper presents the results of the Subjetive Exercise Experience Scale (SEES; McAuley y Courneya, 1994) applied to a Spanish sample (n=243). The SEES is a measurement of global psychological response to the stimulus properties of physical exercise on three factors. Two of these factor refer to the positive and negative poles associated with mental health, psychological well-being, and psychological distress.
