The aim of this paper is to show that there are in Kantian philosophy two uncertainties which strike the speculative reason and which appear in the course of the reflection about falseness. First uncertainty concerns what Kant denominated "transcendental illusion", this equivocal dynamics inevitably connected to the exercise of reason. Second uncertainty refers to the way to avert the previous, and it has relation with the regulative use of ideas ​
