This text is about how the Italian renaissance cultural world had in Carlos V emperor court a way where to get into Hispanic Kingdoms. The example presented here is unknown case until today because had never been related to the characters of Miguel Blai, Emperor’s chancellor, with Antonio Sebastiano Minturno, a prominent humanist bishop of the first half of the seventeenth century Neapolitan.
