The archaeological excavations carried out in 2007 and 2008 at the Iberian site of Saus, formed by 38 silos, have attested
to document the existence of an agricultural farmstead functioning from the late 6th century to the early of 4th century BC combined the farming of cereals with the elaboration of oil during its last occupation phase or at least from the late
second half of 5th century BC, as it is inferred from the discovery of four oil presses bases in the abandonment levels of several silos
