Santa Maria de Puigcerdà, 75 anys sense l'església. Aproximació històrica i arquitectònica

Abstract

This work aims to reconstruct in 3D the old church of Santa Maria de Puigcerdà, demolished seventy-five years ago, using the Blender software. The project is set in the Cerdanya region and links the author's future academic interests in architecture, integrating the departments of technology and technical drawing. The reconstruction is not limited to the computer field, but incorporates rigorous historical research, an artistic side and a human dimension, with oral testimonies from people who knew the building. The methodology includes the collection of written and graphic documentation, learning the Blender software, and interaction with the local community. The result is an unprecedented proposal that aims to recover the architectural and emotional memory of the church, while offering a complete and accessible vision for current and future generations

Aquest treball té com a objectiu la reconstrucció virtual en 3D de l’antiga església de Santa Maria de Puigcerdà, enderrocada fa setanta-cinc anys, mitjançant el programari Blender. El projecte s’emmarca en la comarca de la Cerdanya i vincula els interessos acadèmics futurs de l’autora en arquitectura, integrant els departaments de tecnologia i dibuix tècnic. La reconstrucció no es limita a l’àmbit informàtic, sinó que incorpora una recerca històrica rigorosa, una vessant artística i una dimensió humana, amb testimonis orals de persones que van conèixer l’edifici. La metodologia inclou la recollida de documentació escrita i gràfica, l’aprenentatge del programari Blender, i la interacció amb la comunitat local. El resultat és una proposta inèdita que pretén recuperar la memòria arquitectònica i emocional de l’església, tot oferint una visió completa i accessible per a les generacions actuals i futures
