Fars de Menorca. Creació d'una exposició divulgativa

Abstract

I have decided to do my research on the lighthouses of the island of Menorca because they have always been a special element of my summers. To do this, I have studied the history and operation of lighthouses in general terms and, subsequently, I have analyzed each of the lighthouses in Menorca. My objective is to convey the interest that lighthouses arouse through their history, their operation and the people who have lived in them. To achieve this, in the theoretical field I have based myself on information extracted from books and articles by experts on the subject; on the other hand, I have proposed designing an exhibition to disseminate the history of lighthouses and the profession it entails in the practical field

He decidit fer el meu treball de recerca sobre els fars de l’illa de Menorca perquè sempre han sigut un element especial dels meus estius. Per realitzar-lo he estudiat la història i el funcionament dels fars en termes generals i, a posteriori, he analitzat cadascun dels fars de Menorca. El meu objectiu és transmetre l’interès que desperten els fars a través de la seva història, el seu funcionament i les persones que hi han viscut. Per assolir-lo, en l’àmbit teòric m’he basat en informació extreta de llibres i articles d’experts en el tema; per altra banda m’he proposat dissenyar una exposició per divulgar la història dels fars i l’ofici que comporta en l’àmbit pràctic
