Introduction: Obstetric violence is an issue that has become more important in recent years due to the concert and seriousness of the situation, due to the violation of human rights that it causes. Based on an increase of the visualization of the practices that are considered as such, the creation of protocols and related studies has begun, which address the issue of obstètric violence related to women’s rights, reproductive rights, Health care, good practices, etc. The importance of this study is based on the importance of giving respectful care to women during the puerperium, focusing on the person and avoiding harmful or unnecerssary actions that cause discomfort to the woman during the process. Objectives: The aim of this final degree thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of a community education program to determine the perception of women in the puerperium stage regarding having suffered obstètric violence, according to wether or not the participants have received and education program about it. Methods: This project consists of a communitary clinical trial, randomized, controlled and parallel, with and analysis and a control group for the obtained results comparison. The comparison will be made with an Obstetric Violence scale and its data analysis. According to specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, the study will be made in different Basic Health Areas from the Sanitary Region of Girona ​
