Background: Stress and anxiety are growing exponentially in today’s society, and it causes a lot of damage to the human body. Adult life is considered to be the most stressful, but the reality is that children and teenagers also have very high stress levels. Two of the main factors that cause it are techno stress and academic stress, which have been making their way into the everyday life and are completely normalized nowadays. Students accumulate an overload of tasks, pressure to choose their future, complicated exams, extracurricular activities and to all of this, the difficulty of being an adolescent itself and the personal growth to become an adult. Nowadays, there is an over stimulation of the nervous system due to the urbanization and busy life that can lead us to chronic stress and anxiety. It is necessary to intervene by reconnecting with nature, which has been and keeps being the comfort place for human beings. Forest bathing can be an intervention that promotes health and reduces stress and anxiety, paying full attention to the five senses. Aim: Evaluate the effectiveness of Shinrin-yoku therapeutic program in order to reduce stress and anxiety in second year baccalaureate students in Olot
