Restaurar, rehabilitar i edificar : Residència per a la tercera edat i centre de dia als Jardins de l'Antiga Casa i Fàbrica Surera Koëpke

Abstract

L’objectiu d’aquest estudi és analitzar el creixement de l’estructura urbana de Figueres d’aquest últim segle mitjançant ortofotomapes. L’estudi s’inicia amb l’ortofotomapa del 1946 en que es pot observar el nucli de Figueres aïllat i envoltat pel sectors agraris. És un model compacte rodejat d’infraestructures que fan accessible la ciutat. S’observa el traçat de la línia de ferrocarril Port Bou – Barcelona, la carretera nacional cap a França que discorre pel límit oest de la ciutat consolidada i les traces dels antics camins cap a Peralada, Olot i el Far d’Empordà. A l’any 1990, s’observen canvis importants. Apareix la carretera Portbou – Figueres, RVF PCTFSWFN EJTDPSSF QBSBMtMFMB B MB WJB EF GFSSPDBSSJM "RVFTUB WJB FOMMBÎB BNC MB traça de la ronda est que s’imposa en el territori. S’enllaça amb Vilatenim mitjançant un eix comercial-industrial al llarg de la via d’entrada, formant un sector urbà propi. En canvi, a la via FigueresOlot apareix una segona operació de creixement urbanístic, seguint les traces de QBSDFMtMBDJØ SVSBM FOMMBÎBOU BJYÓ 'JHVFSFT BNC 7JMBGBOU La trama urbana segueix expandint-se i consolidant-se a la perifèria, menters el nucli antic es deteriora i devalua. Actualment, un dels problemes és la manca de rehabilitació del casc antic causant la caiguda del valor immobiliari i essent un reclam per els immigrants. Per altra costat, la consolidació urbana de ponent manca de circulació viaria perifèrica, autor del sobreexcedit de l’eix viari per l’interior de Figueres causant de soroll i perill pel ciutadà

The aim of this study is to analyze the growth of the urban structure of Figueres of this last century through orthophoto maps.
