Abstract

En la última dècada s’han pogut observar les conseqüències de la industrialització de l’agricultura. Una de les repercussions directes ha estat l’acceleració del desgast dels sòls, que ha provocat l’erosió d’aquest, la pèrdua de fertilitat i la reducció de la biodiversitat en l’agroecosistema. Davant d’aquesta problemàtica, van sorgir diferents tècniques de maneig de sòls com alternatives a l’agricultura convencional i industrialitzada per tal de conservar la funcionalitat del sòl. El projecte va sorgir enfront aquesta preocupació, on es buscava una agricultura respectuosa amb el medi i regenerativa pels agroecosistemes. Per assolir un equilibri sostenible en l’agricultura i simultàniament un increment de la matèria orgànica del sòl. L’objectiu principal del projecte ha estat la comparació de diferents característiques del sòl de la vinya en funció de les tècniques agrícoles que s’hi apliquen. Concretament s’ha centrat en dos tipus de maneig, el maneig utilitzat en agricultura tradicional o convencional i el maneig aplicat en agricultura orgànica i regenerativa amb una coberta vegetal
