Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has had consequences in all of the areas
of people's health, but above all in the level of psychological overload of first-line
professionals. The study of the emotional impact that the pandemic has had on
professionals and the level of resilience that has been obtained is a subject of
great interest due to the relevance these items have to the mental health of health
care professionals.
Objective: The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of
the emotional support therapy provided to health professionals at University
Hospital Dr. Josep Trueta, in terms of emotional impact and resilience
