Efectivitat de la teràpia de suport emocional en sanitaris durant la pandèmia per COVID-19: projecte de recerca

Abstract

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has had consequences in all of the areas of people's health, but above all in the level of psychological overload of first-line professionals. The study of the emotional impact that the pandemic has had on professionals and the level of resilience that has been obtained is a subject of great interest due to the relevance these items have to the mental health of health care professionals.

Objective: The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the emotional support therapy provided to health professionals at University Hospital Dr. Josep Trueta, in terms of emotional impact and resilience

Introducció: La pandèmia per COVID-19 ha tingut conseqüències en tots els àmbits de la salut de les persones però sobretot en el nivell de sobrecàrrega psicològica dels professionals de primera línia. L’estudi de l’impacte emocional que ha tingut la pandèmia en els professionals i el nivell de resiliència que se n’ha obtingut és un tema de gran interès per la rellevància que aquests ítems tenen en la salut mental dels sanitaris.

Objectiu: L’objectiu principal d’aquest estudi és avaluar l’eficàcia de la teràpia de suport emocional prestada als professionals sanitaris de l’Hospital Universitari Dr. Josep Trueta, en termes d’impacte emocional i resiliència
