This study aims to demonstrate knowledge of neuroscience that serve as instruments for judges to rationally exercise the valuation of evidence. It is essential that the judges are aware of how their brains work so that they are as far away from irrationality as possible from decision making. The social, moral and economic costs of an unfair decision justify bringing to scientific evidence new scientific and technological knowledge that can minimize them. Judges need to ompose a fair decision to have access not only to the rules and facts to be judged, but also to visualize what happens inside their bodies; more specifically in your brain, a human organ that largely develops the task of shaping decisions
