Els rellotges de sol de la vil·la romana de Tolegassos (Viladamat) i de l’establiment agrari de Ses Alzines (Tossa de Mar)

Fifteen years of archaeological digs in the Roman villa of Tolegassos provided a very large set of objects formed essentially by pottery and, to a lesser extent, metal and stone artefacts of several kinds, categories and uses. However, one of them separates from the rest: one piece of sundial made in a block of limestone. In the rural settlement of Ses Alzines another example was found. This is an infrequent discovery in this context, included in the luxurious frame of the first well-documented building in Tolegassos -dated in Augustan period-, and, more exceptionally, in a rural and farming work context in the second settlement
