We consider a consultation of a book, article or document any access to its card, and we consider as a download the fulltext access.
Automatic access by robots, the ones that query the robots.txt file as well as any other detected, are not counted as consultations. Access from news aggregators and other applications (not robots) are not excluded.
In order to geolocate consultations we use GeoIP libraries.
