Implementació d’una refrigeració líquida sense ventiladors

Abstract

This work analyzes the cooling applied to computers, starting with the definition and evolution of cooling systems and their thermodynamic foundation. The main methods used to dissipate heat from components are described: air cooling (passive and active), liquid (including immersion and liquid metal), thermoelectric, heatpipes, phase change and cryogenics. Finally, the practical implementation of a cooling system in a PC is presented, with the assembly of the circuit, the computer and the comparative study of temperatures between different techniques

Aquest treball analitza la refrigeració aplicada als ordinadors, començant per la definició i evolució dels sistemes de refrigeració i el seu fonament termodinàmic. Es descriuen els principals mètodes utilitzats per dissipar la calor dels components: refrigeració per aire (passiva i activa), líquida (incloent immersió i metall líquid), termoelèctrica, heatpipes, canvi de fase i criogènia. Finalment, es presenta la implementació pràctica d’un sistema de refrigeració en un PC, amb el muntatge del circuit, l’ordinador i l’estudi comparatiu de temperatures entre diferents tècniques
