The use of smart technologies by adolescents and postural changes are socially relevant. The objective is to design a strategy for the rational use of smart technology and prevent postural changes in the adolescent population in Blanes. A literature review and a survey are conducted to explore expert opinions. The evidence confirms the relationship between the time spent using smart technologies and increased pain in the neck, spine, and hands. Experts consider incorrect posture, obesity, physical inactivity, muscle contractures, and imbalance to be effects of technology use. They recommend postural education, strengthening exercises, and regular ergonomic breaks. The designed strategy contributes to increasing knowledge, improving attitudes, and improving lifestyles with the participation of parents and schools
