Education has been evolving over the years, and during this period, it has become evident that there are various resources and methods useful in developing children’s learning processes (that aid in children's learning development). In order to promote the understanding of new knowledge and concepts in an autonomous way and, therefore, improve traditional systems, a new educational resource called learning boxes has been created. Three learning boxes have been constructed with the aim of working on STEAM-related concepts. The goal is to create a new educational resource with a lower cost than those already available on the market. The first box focuses on the concepts of simple machines, the second one on mechanisms of motion transmission and transformation, and the third one on pneumatics. If we unfold the tree boxes, all of them can be connected by a road, simulating a city. Furthermore, all the boxes also incorporate an electronic board called Micro:Bit to facilitate new knowledge of robotics. Before creating my own educational resource, I analyzed how children used educational resources from various existing commercial brands. From these trials, I was able to draw different conclusions (advantages and disadvantages), which I later applied to my final project to achieve better results. Finally, after creating the educational material, I also implemented these learning boxes effectively, confirming my hypothesis that not all children learn in the same way. This is why I managed to meet the initial objectives: to teach new knowledge to children by highlighting technological and robotic concepts through practical projects
