The objective of this paper is to conduct a study of the regulations governing equality plans, addressing the difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in applying the principle of equality and non-discrimination. We can see that, from Enlightenment feminism to modern-day feminism, there has been an evolution in relation to women's rights, and this can be seen through equality plans
