La historiografia sobre l'esport modern a la província de Girona: balanç i perspectives

Abstract

This article aims, on the one hand, to take stock of the historiography of modern sporting practices in the province of Girona. In other words, to trace the reflections that have been carried out in the historiographical community on the modern sport that took place in the Girona area. On the other hand, some research perspectives are outlined that can be initiated in order to structure a more complex worldview of the reality of sport. In particular, it calls for a transition from the production of eminently localist works to research of microhistorical inspiration, with its methodological and epistemological derivations

Aquest article té com a objectiu, per una part, fer un balanç sobre la historiografia de les pràctiques esportives modernes a la província de Girona. És a dir, resseguir les reflexions que ha dut a terme la comunitat historiogràfica sobre l’esport modern que s’efectuà al territori gironí. Per altra part, es perfilen algunes perspectives d’investigació que es poden encetar per tal d’estructurar una cosmovisió més complexa de la realitat esportiva. En especial, s’apel·la a transitar de la confecció de treballs d’índole eminentment localista cap a investigacions d’inspiració microhistòrica, amb les seves derivades metodològiques i epistemològiques
