The fruit juices we buy at the supermarket, some refreshing drinks and, apparently, healthy, contain a high amount of sugars, since, apart from natural sugars, the which come from squeezed fruit, also contain added sugars. Most of these sugars, which are added during manufacturing and juice processing, have a negative impact on our health. It is for this reason, that fruit juices, in reality, are not as healthy as we think, but they can even become harmful to our body
