Background: The decrease in the age with which young people have sex for the first time, causes them to have misinformation regarding sexuality and, especially, affective-sexual and gender diversity. At the same time, there has been an increase in people identifying as diverse and deviating the social cis-heteronorm. That is why it is important that adolescents have a good reference against this misinformation. For this reason, the program has been developed to raise awareness and educate them in an environment that is accessible and known to them, such as the educational center. Aim: The main objective of this paper is the development of a Health education program on affective-sexual and gender diversity for teenagers, who are in 1st and 2nd year of Secondary Education. Methodology: The program has been developed after an exhaustive review and analysis of different bibliographic sources, where diversity, sexuality and gender are discussed from an education and health point of view. Results: The result of this paper is the health education program on affective-sexual and gender diversity called “Més enllà de les etiquetes.” This program is aimed at teenagers who are in 1st and 2nd year of Secondary Education in the Catalan schools
