This scientific and medical work focuses on an anatomical design that goes beyond the conventional. Instead of treating a healthy body part in a didactic way, I will expose the reality of a vulva that has undergone a clitoridectomy. Clitoridectomy, in short, is the partial removal of the clitoris by techniques known as "ablation" or "female genital mutilation." Unfortunately, this aberrant practice has been carried out in at least 200 million girls and women from 31 countries, aged between 15 and 49 years. This practice cultural and religious life has irremediably marked their sexual and daily lives, depriving them of pleasure and considering sexuality, pregnancy and menstruation as daily torture. Thanks to advances in gynecology, reconstruction surgery has been developed clitoris that evolves every year and benefits women around the world. Although it is a complex surgery, the vulvar anatomical model and a clitoris built in scale will allow me to graphically represent the procedure. Through this model, I will explain how this intervention can recover up to 90% of the vaginal tenderness of a woman, offering hope to those who had lost it
