Abstract

La façana d’obra vista ceràmica és una de les unitats constructives més utilitzades en la construcció d’edificis del nostre país. Des de la industrialització de la mateixa peça que compon el sistema constructiu fins a l’intent d’alguns fabricants per millorar el mateix procés de construcció dels murs de façana d’obra vista, la construcció de façanes d’obra vista ha presenciat una evolució significativa al llarg dels anys. Aquest treball presenta un anàlisi constructiu detallat de les façanes d’obra vista, centrant-se en les noves tècniques i aplicacions que estan al mercat. S’examinen les tècniques tradicionals i s’exploren enfocs més innovadors. Es comparen els sistemes constructius industrialitzats, amb la finalitat de determinar si aquests compleixen amb les condicions d’ambient i d’integritat, i quin d’ells presenta millors prestacions. De l’anàlisi comparativa entre ells, es conclou que cada sistema té els seus mètodes per tal de garantir les condicions estudiades

The exposed brick facade is one of the most widely used construction units in the construction of buildings in our country. From the industrialisation of the same piece that makes up the construction system to the attempt by some manufacturers to improve the construction process of the exposed brickwork façade walls themselves, the construction of exposed brickwork façades has seen a significant evolution over the years. This paper presents a detailed constructive analysis of exposed brickwork façades, focusing on new techniques and applications that are on the market. Traditional techniques are examined and more innovative approaches are explored. Industrialised building systems are compared in order to determine whether they meet environmental and integrity conditions, and which of them performs best. From the comparative analysis between them, it is concluded that each system has its own methods to ensure the conditions studied
