Books are a multifunctional tool: they entertain, inspire, travel…but they also condemn, show and explain the inequalities, the stories and the experiences of the time they were written. They can be historical sources, transports to other realities or even letters to society seen as a novel or a play. At the end, a book is a cutted down tree that eventually gets dirty of words that thrill us as the writer creates the stories. Big and small, young and old, good and bad, naive and clever characters live between its pages. This coursework mainly focuses on those small and naive characters that are searching for their place in this world and that want to be happy. Their stories can be similar to the ones of those who lived when they were published. The chosen books are timeless, they are one of those books that always thrill the reader, it doesn’t matter where the reader is from or how old the reader is. The talks that have been done during the making of this coursework want to explain why this happens
