Aquest treball s’emmarca en un anàlisi comparatiu, sobre el fenomen d’apropiació indeguda de menors en dos règims dictatorials: la dictadura de Francisco Franco a Espanya, que va tenir els seus inicis al 1939, i la dictadura militar argentina, la qual va començar amb el cop d’Estat del 24 de març de 1976. La finalitat és comprendre si a Espanya s’ha vulnerat el dret a la veritat de les víctimes i, per tant, si es tracta d’un crim reconegut, o bé encobert

This article is framed in a comparative analysis of the phenomenon of misappropriation of minors in two dictatorial regimes: the dictatorship of Francisco Franco in Spain, which began in 1939, and the military dictatorship in Argentina, which began with the coup d'état of March 24, 1976. The aim is to understand whether the victims’ right to the truth has been violated in Spain and, therefore, whether it is an acknowledged crime or a cover-up
