Cures infermeres humanitzades centrades en la persona amb malaltia oncològica

Abstract

Introduction: cancer is a disease whose incidence is increasing in all countries, bus especially in the developed ones. It is a disease that can affect anyone at any age and gender. The life of the people who suffer form it changes. Nurses plays an important role taking care of these people. A humanized attention with a model patient-centered care makes a benefit to them. Objectives: to learn about humanized nursing care and patient-centered care model to be able to offer a quality attention; to find out the impact that they have; to identify them and to know their impact. Methodology: the methodology of the work has been a bibliographic review in the Medline PubMed, Scielo, Science Direct and Cochrane Library databases. The keywords used in English language were: oncology, cancer, nurse, nursing, humanization, humanization of care, humanized i patient-centered care The inclusion criteria were articles of any study methodology published between 2018 and 2023 in English or Spanish focused on the role of nursing care to adults of ant age range. Exclusion criteria were that they were not related to nursing or oncology care in a humanized view or person-centered care

Introducció: el càncer és una malaltia de la qual cada vegada augmenta més la seva incidència en tots els països, però sobretot els desenvolupats. És una malaltia que pot afectar a qualsevol edat i gènere. Suposa un canvi en la vida de la persona que la pateix i els del seu voltant. Infermeria té un paper clau a l’hora d’atendre a aquestes persones. Una atenció humanitzada centrada en la persona influencia en el maneig de la nova situació de forma beneficiosa. Objectius: conèixer les cures infermeres humanitzades i centrades en la persona que pateix càncer per a poder oferir una bona atenció, esbrinar-ne la repercussió que tenen, identificar-les i conèixer el seu impacte. Metodologia: la metodologia del treball ha estat una revisió bibliogràfica a les bases de dades Medline PubMed, Scielo, Science Direct i Cochrane Library. Les paraules claus que es van utilitzar en llengua anglesa van ser: oncology, cancer, nurse, nursing, humanization, humanization of care, humanized i patient-centered care. Els criteris d’inclusió van ser articles de qualsevol metodologia d’estudi publicats entre el 2018 i 2023 en llengua anglesa o castellana centrada en el rol d’infermeria en l’atenció en adults de qualsevol rang d’edat. Els criteris d’exclusió van ser que no estiguessin relacionats amb la infermeria o l’oncologia des d’una perspectiva humanitzada o centrada en la persona, que els subjectes d’estudi no fossin persones adultes i publicacions de literatura grisa o centrades en la professió mèdica
