Estudi de viabilitat de l'establiment hoteler “El Rigoler”

Abstract

El treball presentat es tracta d’un Pla d’Empresa, d’un nou establiment hoteler en un entorn rural, a la comarca del Ripollès. La finalitat del projecte és analitzar la viabilitat econòmica, mitjançant les diferents variables associades al model de negoci. El principal propòsit de l’establiment és donar l’oportunitat als turistes d’allotjar-se en mig del medi rural, potenciar el comerç local i donar valor als productes de proximitat. Per dur a terme aquest estudi, s’ha fet una anàlisi de l’entorn i de la competència. A partir d’aquesta informació s’han determinat les estratègies de màrqueting, el pla de producció, l’entorn legal i les projeccions econòmiques de l’establiment dels tres primers anys

The work presented is a business plan of a new hotel establishment in a rural setting, in the region of Ripollès. The aim of the project is to analyse the economic viability, through the different variables associated with the business model. The main purpose of the establishment is to give tourists the opportunity to stay in the countryside, enhance local trade and give value to local products. To conduct this study, an analysis of the environment and competition has been carried out. Based on this information, the marketing strategies, the production plan, the legal environment and the economic projections of the establishment of the first three years have been determined
