Gestión del conocimiento en la co-creación de material educativo con y para estudiantes con altas capacidades

Abstract

The development of any process handles data. These data are generated from information that in turn generates knowledge. The ideal is that this knowledge provides the process with added value that allows it to improve, take advantage of what it has and reuse it in future processes framed of what has been learned.

Knowledge can be generated with the development of activities and dynamics, extracting it from documents or emails and from the knowledge that people have. In the case of this research, Knowledge Management allows the creation of educational material, in the context of High Abilities students, and whose purpose is to support and encourage co-creation participants, especially these students, co-creating an educational material according to their characteristics.

The co-creation of educational material involves processes that are repeated and in which, to facilitate its development, it is important to guide, communicate, interact and collaborate among the participants. In this case, the participants are High Abilities students, their teachers and their parents. Therefore, it is important not only to consider what is related to the process, but also the knowledge that both teachers and parents have about students and their academic process, along with the knowledge the process has about students, such as their personal characteristics.

High Abilities Students are those who have different abilities at a higher level than the average for people of their age, to perform in different fields. Despite this advantage, they may have various problems such as difficulty relating socially, lack of understanding for their way of thinking or not being taken into account in the development of different activities of their interest, which leads to demotivation about their educational process in general. From this, the objective is that Knowledge Management in a co-creation process helps to minimize the consequences of these problems, thus improving the motivation of these students in their academic process.

The identified problem is that there is no technological framework that allows Knowledge Management for co-creation processes with High Abilities students and that also uses the implicit knowledge that the participants in the process have (students, teachers and parents) and the characteristics of the students

El desenvolupament de qualsevol procés maneja dades. Aquestes dades són generades a partir d'informació que genera un coneixement. L'ideal és que aquest coneixement proporcioni al procés un valor afegit que li permeti millorar, treure profit del que es té i reutilitzar-se en processos futurs en el marc del que s'ha après.

El coneixement es pot generar amb el desenvolupament d'activitats i dinàmiques, extraient-lo de documents o correus i del propi coneixement que tinguin les persones. En el cas d'aquesta investigació, la Gestió del Coneixement permet crear material educatiu, en el context dels estudiants amb Altes Capacitats, i el propòsit del qual és donar suport i incentivar els participants de la co-creació, en especial a aquests estudiants, co creant un material educatiu d'acord amb les característiques.

La creació de material educatiu involucra processos que es repeteixen i en què, per facilitar-ne el desenvolupament, és important la guia, la comunicació, la interacció i la col·laboració entre els participants. En aquest cas, els participants els componen els estudiants amb Altes Capacitats, els seus professors i pares. Per tant, és important no només considerar allò relacionat amb el procés sinó també el coneixement que tenen tant els professors com els pares sobre els estudiants i el seu procés acadèmic, juntament amb el coneixement que es té sobre els estudiants, com les seves característiques personals .

Els estudiants amb Altes Capacitats són aquells que compten amb diferents habilitats en un nivell més alt que la mitjana de les persones de la seva edat, per exercir-se en diferents àmbits. Malgrat aquest avantatge, poden tenir diverses problemàtiques com a dificultat en relacionar-se socialment, manca de comprensió per la seva manera de pensar o no ser tinguts en compte en el desenvolupament de diferents activitats del seu interès, cosa que comporta una desmotivació sobre el seu procés educatiu en general. A partir d'això, l'objectiu és llavors que la Gestió del Coneixement en un procés de creació ajudi a minimitzar les conseqüències d'aquestes problemàtiques, millorant així la motivació d'aquests estudiants en el procés acadèmic.

La problemàtica identificada és que no hi ha un framework tecnològic que permeti la Gestió del Coneixement per a processos de cocreació amb estudiants amb Altes capacitats i que a més utilitzi el coneixement implícit que tenen els participants del procés (estudiants, professors i pares) i les característiques de els estudiants
