Compartir
After the foundation around the year 70 BC of the Roman city of Gerunda, the surrounding territory and depending on this city was occupied and economically exploited by village-type establishments. One of the best-known establishments for archeology is the Roman villa of Pla de l’Horta: a suburban property that combined the comforts and spaces of a villa intended for the otium of its owners and the elements of a farm of the time. The numismatic finds of the last archaeological campaigns offer us the opportunity to grasp the importance of these materials also in a productive context
