Automatització d’un filtre assecador

Abstract

En la cerca continu de l’eficiència dels processos productius, l’automatització s’ha convertit en un element essencial en la industria; estalvia feina, matèries primeres i energia, alhora que millora la precisió i qualitat dels productes fabricats. L’àrea de la automatització i totes les disciplines que la conformen, com la mecànica, electrònica i informàtica, estan en continu desenvolupament i expansió. Avui en dia, dintre dels sistemes de producció, la gran majoria de les operacions estan automatitzades, sent una senyal de desenvolupament de la industria. En el present treball es vol dur a terme l’automatització d’un filtre assecador. Aquesta màquina està composada d’un filtre nucha, una instal·lació d’energies, un dipòsit d’aigües mare, un dipòsit de recollida de condensats i un dipòsits de preparació de dissolvents. El filtre nucha té tres parts diferenciades: un fons filtrant desmuntable, una campana estàtica, i un agitador situat al centre d’aquesta que, a través del seu moviment rotatori i amb l’entrada d’energies, es duu a terme el procés de filtrat i assecat del producte. El producte entra en forma de suspensió en barreja amb altres substancies que han d’eliminar-se per obtenir el pols de producte final

Today, within production systems, the vast majority of the operations are automated, being a sign of the development of the industry In this work we want to carry out the automation of a filter drier. This one machine is composed of a nucha filter, an energy installation, a water tank mother, a condensate collection tank and a solvent preparation tank. The nucha filter has three distinct parts: a removable filtering bottom, a static hood, and an agitator located in the center of this which, through its rotary movement and with the entrance of energy, the process of filtering and drying the product is carried out.
