Abstract

El terreny on es desenvoluparà el projecte s’anomena la Plaça dels Palillos i està situat al barri de l’Eixample del municipi d’Anglès i consisteix en una parcel·la de 5000 m2 que limita al nord amb el carrer Verneda, a l’est amb el carrer Nord, al sud amb el carrer Pius XII i a l’oest amb carrer de l’Eixampla. Encara que actualment la parcel·la no està edificada ni pavimentada, però antigament havia estat una de les indústries d’escuradents més importants en àmbit nacional.
