Disseny i estudi funcional d’un mecanisme d’obertura i tancament de porta de garatge

Abstract

El projecte està concentrat en el disseny d’un mecanisme que permeti l’automatització d’obertura i tancament per a una porta de garatge, concretament per la porta de l’alumne. Dins les especificacions definides a l’inici del projecte s’hi troba: el dimensionament màxim de la caixa on tot el mecanisme estarà muntat, i la disposició dels eixos dins d’ella, la condició de que els engranatges no es deformin permanentment durant el temps de funcionament, i finalment, que el conjunt sigui el més estanc possible. Per tal d’assolir les especificacions esmentades anteriorment, s’ha seguit una normativa rígida, marcada per l’AGMA, capaç de donar dimensions als engranatges amb una pauta molt metòdica segons les necessitats marcades en un principi pel projectista. Un cop dimensionats els engranatges, es van haver de dimensionar eixos i xavetes, totes dues coses, també regides per les normes pertinents. Posteriorment, es van dimensionar les peces bàsiques esmentades anteriorment, i a continuació, es van haver d’acoblar totes elles juntes per veure si el dimensionament havia estat correcte, i la relació de transmissió funcionava correctament

The project is focused on the design of a mechanism that allows the automation of opening and closure for a garage door, specifically for the student door. Among the specifications defined at the start of the project are: the maximum dimensions of the box where the whole mechanism will be mounted, and the arrangement of the axes inside it, the condition that the gears are not permanently deformed during operation, and finally, that the whole be as watertight as possible. In order to achieve the specifications mentioned above, rigid regulations have been followed, marked by the AGMA, able to give dimensions to the gears with a very methodical guideline according to the needs initially marked by the designer. Once the gears were dimensioned, both shafts and keys had to be dimensioned things, also governed by the relevant rules. Subsequently, the basic pieces mentioned above were dimensioned, and then, they all had to be fitted together to see if the sizing had been correct, and the relationship transmission was working properly
