Disseny d’un equip de solidificació ràpida

Abstract

El projecte és el disseny d’un equip de solidificació ràpida per a fondre i solidificar cintes de material amorf del grup d’aliatges Fe-Ni. L’equip ha estat dissenyat per a obtenir resultats semblants als que obté el Grup de Recerca de Materials i Termodinàmica de la UdG amb un equip extern a la universitat. L’equip dissenyat consta de quatre sub-equips principals, que son l’equip de solidificació, encarregat de fer girar un disc de coure a gran velocitat; l’equip de buit, encarregat d’extreure l’oxigen present dins la cambra on es desenvolupa el procés de solidificació arribant a condicions de 10-10 bar; l’equip d’inducció encarregat de la fosa del material a solidificar; i l’equip de posicionament i sobrepressió, encarregat de controlar la posició relativa entre proveta i disc de coure per assegurar el gruix de cinta final

The project is the design of a rapid solidification equipment to melt and solidify tapes of amorphous material of the Fe-Ni alloy group. The team has been designed to obtain results similar to those obtained by the Research Group of Materials and Thermodynamics of the UdG with a team external to the university. The designed team consists of four main sub-teams, which are the solidification team, in charge of spinning a copper disk at high speed; the vacuum team, in charge of extracting the oxygen present in the chamber where the solidification process takes place reaching conditions of 10-10 bar; the induction equipment in charge of melting the material to be solidified; and the team of positioning and overpressure, in charge of controlling the relative position between test tube and copper disk to ensure the final tape thickness
