Estudi, dimensionament i comparació entre una bomba de calor geotèrmica i una aerotèrmica per a una instal·lació de climatització en un habitatge unifamiliar

Abstract

L’objecte del projecte consisteix en estudiar, dimensionar i comparar la viabilitat entre una bomba de calor aerotèrmica i geotèrmica per a la instal·lació de climatització d’un habitatge unifamiliar. Es vol que les bombes de calor siguin capaces de satisfer les necessitats de climatització i les de ACS. Per a realitzar l’estudi primer és necessari dimensionar l’habitatge per comprovar que es compleix la secció HE1 de CTE i tot seguit calcular les càrregues tèrmiques. Un cop comprovat l'HE1 i calculades les càrregues tèrmiques s'escullen les bombes de calor aerotèrmica i geotèrmica més adients per a poder fer una comparació econòmica i tècnica entre elles. També es fa l’estudi econòmic i tècnic comparatiu entre un sistema radiant i un sistema de fancoils per a la instal·lació de climatització. A partir de les dos comparatives es conclou una instal·lació de climatització òptima per l’habitatge estudiat. Per últim s’estudia la viabilitat d’instal·lar una instal·lació fotovoltaica per a reduir els costos elèctrics de l’habitatge

The object of the project is to study, dimension and compare the feasibility of one aerothermal and geothermal heat pump for the air conditioning installation of a single-family home. Heat pumps are expected to be able to meet air conditioning and hot water needs. To carry out the study, it is first necessary to measure the house to check that it complies with the section HE1 of CTE and then calculate the thermal loads. Once the HE1 has been checked and calculated thermal loads, the most suitable aerothermal and geothermal heat pumps are chosen to make an economic and technical comparison between them. A comparative economic and technical study is also carried out between a radiant system and a fan coil system for the air conditioning installation. From two o'clock comparisons, an optimal air conditioning installation is concluded for the home studied. Finally the feasibility of installing a photovoltaic installation is being studied to reduce the electricity costs of the housing
