La zona de la garrotxa cada cop rep més visitants degut al augment del turisme local, aquesta situació crea la necessitat de crear nous locals on allotjar els nous visitants. Es projecta un hotel capaç d’allotjar vint-i-nou persones, amb habitacions adaptades a tots els clients per englobar més mercat. Això implicarà tenir habitacions individuals, altres de matrimoni i unes últimes d’un nivell adquisitiu més alt, anomenades suite
