Prueba sin convicción en su justa medida

This paper offers some arguments against the objectivist conception of standards of proof in the version defended by Jordi Ferrer Beltrán. The main criticism target points to Ferrer's latest work: Prueba sin convicción. As a starting point, reasons for Ferrer to be committed to an objective view of the standards of proof are made explicit. Then various arguments are developed to show that this view is misguided. These arguments point against replies that Ferrer Beltrán articulates in Prueba sin convicción against older objections. Finally, after showing why the objectivist claim has to be abandoned, a rereading of the formulas that establish supposed standards of proof is proposed ​
