Compared to other dietary factors, most research points to dairy food groups as the main cause or aggravating of dairy food. Objective: The aims of this review are: to know the influence between the consumption of a diet rich in dairy, on the risk of developing adult acne; to identify whether there is a difference between male and female gender and to which adult group there are more cases. Aim: Bliography revision. The Medline Pubmed, Cochrane Library and MEDLINE proquest databases are consulted during February and April 2021
