Background: acne is one of the most prevalent and prevalent dermatological
diseases at the international and national level in adolescents and adults.
Although it is not a vital health problem, it significantly affects the patient socially,
psychologically and aesthetically. The emerging literature suggests that there is
an association between diet and its appearance. Compared to other dietary
factors, most research points to dairy food groups as the main cause or
aggravating of dairy food.
Objective: The aims of this review are: to know the influence between the
consumption of a diet rich in dairy, on the risk of developing adult acne; to identify
whether there is a difference between male and female gender and to which adult
group there are more cases.
Aim: Bliography revision. The Medline Pubmed, Cochrane Library and MEDLINE
proquest databases are consulted during February and April 2021
