Introduction: Breast cancer is the most common tumour in Western women and it is estimated that around 33,307 cases were diagnosed in Spain in 2019. These figures have led to multiple studies investigating aspects related to breast cancer such as primary prevention or types of treatments. However, the research does not focus on one key point: recurrence. Application of small and large changes on modifiable factors such as diet, physical activity or emotional health to women who have suffered this cancer could reduce the risk of possible recurrence. The aim of this study is to reduce the recurrence of ductal breast cancer in women between the ages of 30 and 40 who have overcome this cancer, through a program of healthy eating, physical activity and emotional health tips. Aim: To reduce the recurrence of ductal breast cancer in 10 years in women between the ages of 30 and 40, through a program of healthy eating, physical activity and emotional health tips. Methodology: Multicentre study in 5 centres of Xarxa Oncològica de Catalunya Design: Quasi-experimental study with two groups: an intervention group and a control group
