Introduction: Cannabis is a drug with increasing consumption in many countries around the world in the reproductive age of women. This illegal substance in Spain is involved in all stages of pregnancy and can affect both the pregnant women and her future baby. Thus, sociodemographic differences and exposure to different risk factors will lead to more or less cannabis use during pregnancy. In addition, it is very important to determine the pattern of cannabis use in women of childbearing potential in order to provide health education and prevent the use of this drug during pregnancy. Objectives: To know the sociodemographic characteristics, the consumption pattern and the main risk factors of women cannabis users during pregnancy, as well as the preventive intervention carried out by health professionals to prevent the use of this drug during pregnancy ​
