Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that affects millions of people in the world. Specifically, Diabetes Mellitus type 1 appears frequently during childhood. The number of people with this pathology is increasing, which leads to an increase in morbidity and health costs. For this reason, the handling of the disease remains a major challenge due to poor therapeutic adhesion, so the emergence of new technologies is a major therapeutic advance, which needs more than usual training and commitment. The role of nursing is essential for the training of diabetic people, to help them, to make them responsible and to guide them in the use of monitored glucose controllers (MCG), as well as to show them the advantages and drawbacks they entail. To develop this role, nursing professionals must have specific and up-to-date knowledge. Objectives: Evaluate the effectiveness of the training intervention called “Els controladors de glucosa monitoritzats en el tractament de la DM1” addresses to nursing professionals in Baix Empordà primary care centers ​
