Since 2019, the world is going through a pandemic due to a virus whose transmission is by air and by drops, called Sars-Cov-19, which it didn’t take long to spread throughout the world. Due to this, health services were experiencing an increase in the number of cases due to infection, especially in Intensive Care Units (ICU). This unit, in addition to being collapsed by the number of critical cases, also suffered from the lack of institutional support due to the fear generated by the ignorance of the pandemic and the lack of material resources. As the pandemic continues, nurses need effective strategies to combat the negative psychological effects it can generate while continuing to work. There are current studies that have the objective of enhancing resilience to face situations such as current ones, such as Mindfulnes in Motion, a project based on Mindfulnes in situ aimed at this sector; It basically consists of the person being aware of their breathing through various sessions that are carried out on a weekly basis, accompanied by exercises that help work on resilience and enhance the work commitment of nurses in situations that can generate high levels of stress. The objective of the project is to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the Minfulness in Motion (MiM) intervention and relate it to the sociodemographic and labor variables and other influencing factors, in the context of the Sars-Cov-19 pandemic. A descriptive and longitudinal quantitative study is proposed, almost experimental pre-post. It will be held in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Dr. Josep Trueta University Hospital of Girona. The study population will be the ICU nurses of the Hospital who have been working since the beginning of the pandemic in 2019 until the present
