Valoració del potencial turístic del paisatge de l'arròs a Pals

Abstract

Aquest treball tracta d’una valoració del potencial turístic del paisatge de l’arròs de Pals. És a dir, veure quins són els punts d’interès vinculats a l’arròs i el seu paisatge i si aquests són suficients per a proposar una ruta o itinerari que els agrupi. El desenvolupament del treball es basa en una conceptualització teòrica de diferents autors sobre la relació del turisme amb l’agricultura, la gastronomia i el paisatge. Pel que fa a la informació i sobre el municipi de Pals i els seus recursos, aquesta es basa en una recerca exhaustiva de dades descriptives i també en un seguit d’entrevistes realitzades personalment per l’autora del treball a persones i professionals rellevants per al món de l’arròs i el turisme a Pals. Per comprovar si és possible dissenyar una o més propostes a partir dels punts d’interès vinculats a l’arròs, s’ha analitzat la informació descriptiva del municipi copsada amb la visió local sobre el tema, per finalment llistar i valorar els llocs d’interès susceptibles de formar part d’una proposta

This study consists of an assessment of the tourist potential of the Pals rice landscape. That is, to see what are the points of interest linked to rice and its landscape and whether these are worthy to be included in a public route or itinerary proposal. The development of the work is based on a theoretical conceptualization of different authors on the relationship of tourism with agriculture, gastronomy and landscape. Regarding the information and about the municipality of Pals and its resources, this is based on an exhaustive search for descriptive data and also on a series of interviews conducted personally by the author of the work to relevant profiles and professionals in the world of rice and tourism in Pals. To check if it is possible to design one or more proposals based on the points of interest linked to rice, the descriptive information of the municipality captured with the local vision on the subject has been analysed, to finally list and evaluate the places of interest likely to form part of a proposal
