Eficàcia de les intervencions per l'abordatge de la fatiga per compassió en personal d'infermeria: revisió bibliogràfica

Introduction: The cure of the persons that experiment ache, trauma and suffering can affect at the health of the personnel of infirmary giving place at the fatigue for compassion. This term a pool of emotional reactions, cognitive, social and espiritual that was studied for the first time for C.Figley at the years 60-70 after observing the feelings that experimented these professionals not to have been able to to save at his patients. Objectives: Identify the interventions to accost the fatigue for compassion with scientific evidence, as well as meet which type of interventions exist, if these have of efficacy and value his benefits. Methods: the methodology that has employed at this work has been a bibliographic review based at articles with scientific evidence; they have included 12 articles published at the last five years. The search of these have realised at the bases Pubmed, Scielo, Psycinfo, Cinahl i ScienceDirect. Results: they have selected 12 articles published corresponding at the aims. Of these have obtained a series of results that show how it mindfulness o full atention is an effective intervention and with a lot of benefits to diminish the fatigue for compassion as well as have of a nice personal resilience and have autocura to be able to augment the indulgence for compassion. Conclusions: At this survey has been able to observe like the fatigue for compassion is a risk for the psychic welfare, physical and social for the personnel of infirmary. In addition this syndrome comports a price at the cure of the Health giving as a result a decrease of the productivity as well as an increase at the rotation of the professionals. It is necessary to realise a main number of surveys with main sample and that they have of bands control to assess the distinct benefits interventions ​
