Aprendizaje basado en retos y procesos co-creativos: una oportunidad para abordar la diversidad familiar y los estereotipos de género en la formación inicial de maestros de educación infantil

The advances generated in the field of technology, the universalization of knowledge, globalization, sustainability, as well as, the changes originated, nationally and internationally, in relation to gender equality, the diversity of existing family typologies, the need to break gender stereotypes requires a profound transformation in the initial training of teachers. Both in relation to the new forms of student learning and to the teaching methodologies, competencies, skills and attitudes that they must develop, so that in the future they will be able to address complex issues through didactic, multidisciplinary, creative proposals, adjusted to the reality of each context and scientifically based. To carry out this transformation, we present a proposal, started in October 2017, that combines, in the degree of early childhood education teachers, Challenge-Based Learning and co-creative processes. Both allow us to deal with the learning contents of this training from challenges related to situations of educational practice, with the participation of educational professionals, who provide us with their experience, both to decide possible challenges to deal with, and to evaluate the adequacy of the solutions found ​
