Spain is the country of Western European country with the highest prevalence of Human Immunodeficiency Virus among peoplersonas who inject drugs. With more than thirty years of experience in the deployment of the hHarm reduction programs and services have been deployed for over thirty years, and , these could now incorporate the advantages of eHealth and mHealthd could be incorporated to themto improve harm reduction. The aim of this qualitative and descriptive study is to analyze how the perception that personseople who inject drugs perceive have about an application for mobile devices. Fifty-one such drug userspersons who inject drugs actively participated actively in five focus groups. The main results of the analysis of thematic content analysis indicated that the application was welcomed as easy and useful. Participants refer reported that the application contributed to improvinge access to the injection material access, to reducinge the stigma of the drug-dependencets and to optimizinge the arrangement organizationduring of the ritual of consumptioninjection. The eExcessive of preventive information and problems the route of downloading of the web app were identified as the aspects to for improvement. In conclusion, the application was positioned seen as a useful eHealth tool that complements the ordinary normal intervention of the needle exchange programs ​
