Projecte d’una nau industrial de formigó prefabricat per a una empresa de nutrició i salut animal

Abstract

El següent document exposa el projecte d’una nau industrial de formigó prefabricat per a una empresa de nutrició i salut animal. En ell s’hi tracten extensament tots els passos que s’han de seguir per portar a terme la seva construcció. En primer lloc s’ha realitzat una adequació de la parcel.la, seguint les indicacions de l’estudi geotècnic. D’aquesta manera, es poden definir les característiques i limitacions en el disseny de l’edifici industrial. El que es pretén amb aquest projecte és ampliar els coneixements adquirits a l’escola politècnica superior (UdG). S’aplicaran i s’obtindran nous coneixements en el disseny i el càlcul estructural, així com pot ser la construcció mitjançant elements de formigó prefabricat, el disseny i el càlcul d’una fonamentació superficial. També s’hi poden veure reflectits els coneixements d’instal·lacions, donats a l’assignatura de Construcció i Instal·lacions Industrials, estudi contra incendis i instal·lació elèctrica. L’estudi contra incendi de la nau industrial defineix les condicions constructives, vies d’evacuació, estabilitat al foc dels elements estructurals i, també, les instal·lacions contra incendi necessàries amb les que s’equiparà la superfície de les naus de logística i producció, i les oficines. Un cop realitzat el disseny de la nau, s’han considerat les accions que afecten al càlcul estructural i les verificacions basades en l’Estat Límit Últim i en l’Estat Límit de Servei. Aquest procés permet establir les combinacions d’accions més desfavorables per al càlcul estructural, i conseqüentment, els esforços que determinaran els tipus d’elements prefabricat i de tancament que incorporarà la nau. Les indicacions de l’estudi geotècnic i l’estudi estructural, permeten realitzar el disseny i càlcul de la fonamentació. Aquesta serà de tipus superficial, i es basarà en un conjunt de sabates aïllades i contínues. Per últim, en aquest projecte també s’ha portat a terme el càlcul de l’armat necessari per als pilars

The following document outlines the project for a precast concrete industrial warehouse for an animal nutrition and health company. It covers in detail all the steps that must be taken to complete its construction. First of all, the plot was adapted, following the indications of the geotechnical study. In this way, the characteristics and limitations in the design of the industrial building can be defined. The aim of this project is to expand the knowledge acquired at the Polytechnic School (UdG). New knowledge will be applied and structural design and calculation as well as construction using prefabricated concrete elements, design and calculation of a surface foundation. It can also reflect the knowledge of installations, given in the subject of Construction and Industrial Installations, fire study and electrical installation. The fire study of the industrial warehouse defines the constructive conditions, evacuation routes, fire stability of the structural elements, and also the necessary fire facilities with which the surface of the logistics warehouses and production, and offices. Once the ship has been designed, actions that affect the structural calculation and verifications based on the Last Limit State and the Service Limit State have been considered. This process allows the combinations of actions that are most unfavorable for structural calculation to be established, and consequently, the efforts that will determine the types of prefabrication and closure elements that the ship will incorporate.
