Abstract

Therapeutic peptides are promising candidates for the development of drugs useful for the treatment of diseases that affect our society. In this paper, we have compiled the peptides that are components of medicines commercially available in Spain which are dispensed in pharmacies or which are used in hospital centers. The authorization year, structural features (number of amino acids, linear or cyclic sequence, presence of disulfide bonds), therapeutic use and route of administration of these peptides have been analyzed

Els pèptids terapèutics constitueixen candidats prometedors per al desenvolupament de medicaments indicats per al tractament de malalties de la societat actual. En aquest article s’han recopilat tots els pèptids que formen part de medicaments comercialitzats en el nostre territori, que es dispensen en oficines de farmàcia o són d’ús hospitalari. S’ha analitzat l’any d’autorització d’aquests pèptids, les seves característiques estructurals (número d’aminoàcids, seqüència lineal o cíclica, presència de ponts disulfur), el seu ús terapèutic i la via d’administració
