1. Abstract: A 60% of Spondyloarthritic patients have a subclinical low-degree chronic intestinal inflammation and a 7% of them will develop an Intestinal bowel disease. Currently, some studies demonstrate a dysbiosis on ankylosing spondylitis and a common immune disturbance background with intestinal bowel disease. F.Prausnitzii/ E.coli index has demonstrated significant differences between Crohn’s disease and Healthy controls. In this study, we want to know how this microbial index works as a marker on stool samples in patients with Ankylosing spondylitis with and without Intestinal bowel disease.
2. Objectives: To compare the microbial index (concentration of F.prausnitzii and E.coli) on stool sample in two groups of patients with ankylosing spondylitis; those with and without Crohn’s disease.
3. Population: a total of 60 Anti-TNF naïve patients will be included this study. 20 Chron’s disease patients (CDAI >220 low-mild moderate activity), 20 Spondylitis patients without IBD and 20 Spondylitis patients with IBD.
4. Design: Transversal descriptive study
